Wide angle - image bank

Within this photograph, we can see two skaters performing a trick. This photograph uses wide angle in order to give the audience an insight into what is going on within the area. The shot creates open space that is filled with dark sky and shadow. The shot allows for the audience to see the difference between the front skater and the skater seen within the background.
Within this photograph, we see a city surrounding. We can tell that this photograph uses wide angle due to the length/proportion of the traffic lights and the buildings. By using wide angle, the subjects within the photograph become wider and therefore look more effective. I think that this photograph is really good as it shows wide angle in a creative way.

This photograph uses wide angle in order to show an animal in the shot. The animal within the shot is that of a horse. By using wide angle, the horse gets shown in a wider appearance. This therefore stretches the length of the horse so it becomes bigger in the shot. I think that this photograph is good because it uses wide angle to show the length of the horse from the side.

Within this photograph, we see people marching in uniforms. There uniforms consist of red jackets and hats along with some sort of stick. This photograph uses wide angle in order to give a wider perspective of the surrounding environment. By using wide angle, the shot becomes wider and therefore gives greater detail with what's seen within the shot.

This photograph uses wide angle in order to show the animal within the shot. In this case, the animal appears to be a kangaroo. The wide angle allows for the length of the kangaroo to be increased and for the surroundings to be captured compared to if it was just a normal shot. I think that this shot is good because it demonstrates the effect that wide angle has on a shot.

This photograph uses wide angle in order to show the face of the animal within the shot. The animal is a cow. The wide angle allows for the audience to see the surroundings in which the cow is in. The wide angle also allows for the cow's face to be widened in order to show the detail on it. It also extends the size of it's face to then cover the majority of the photograph. I think that this shot is good as it shows a good understanding of the wide angle technique.
